Young Werther Premieres in TIFF24's Special Presentations
Young Werther will have its world premiere at TIFF24! We’re honoured to have our very own Heather Gardner and Telan Wong as the music supervisors for this charming and romantic movie, adapted from the 1774 Goethe novel. Young Werther stars Alison Pill, Douglas Booth, Patrick J. Adams and Iris Apatow, and is written and directed by José Lourenço. Spin Master broadens the international footprint of three series - Vida the Vet, Unicorn Academy
Spin Master Entertainment has signed a raft of new sales for three of its latest animated series. The three series, which include two that Long Division provided services for, will be making its way international. Long Division provided both shows with dialogue records, original underscore, original episodic songs, the theme song, sound design and mixing.

The short-form comedy has been selected as part of the festival’s Now section for indie episodic series, and was music supervised by Long Division’s licensing team. I Hate People, People Hate Me follows two “underdog” 20-somethings as they navigate life in Toronto’s queer community.

Created by Director X (known for his music videos for Drake and Jay-Z to name a few), Robyn Hood, tells the story of a fearless young woman whose masked hip-hop band, the Hood, fights for what’s right and protects her community.

Suze in the News
Our music supervision team recently completed work on the upcoming feature film Suze, produced by Wildling Pictures, and directed by Linsey Stewart and Dane Clark. Starring Michaela Watkins and Charlie Gillespie, the film follows the emotional rollercoaster of single mother Suze after her only daughter leaves for university, quickly finding herself taking care of her daughter’s heartbroken ex-boyfriend who she can’t stand.
